This villa is located in the most sought after area of Estepona - Los Llanos / Cortijo Reinoso. It is so close to everything in the town (20 minutes walk to the beach and town) and the plots of land are huge. This property is on 3000 square metres. The house and the buildings all need considerable restoration and offers to be a great project for somebody. We estimate a spend of at least 150,000 Euros to turn the villa into a high standard property. Having said that, once the investment has been made then you will have a house worth considerably more. Alternatively it is a property which could be a long term project for somebody to work on whilst living there. The Swimming pool was made with a pool liner which deteriorated so it was covered over with a frame as the owner no longer wished to use it. The pool is about half a metre at the shallow end dropping down to 3 metres deep.. One end of the villa has two double bedrooms with en suite.
